Simply put, Beeve is a fine human. Not only is he a native Texan, he was our first president after he led our troops into battle at the Alamo. After we became part of the Union, he spelled old Abe when he was feeling poorly during the Civil War. Beeve took a break during the period up until WWI when he led Teddy's Roughriders across the Atlantic and discovered Paris. After that he perfected single malt scotch and made a killing in the stock market. What is not widely known is that he assisted Louis Pasteur and Jonas Salk in the labs every Wednesday between noon and 4pm. Not much is known about his past between the Korean conflict and the DKR years. It is assumed that he was just taking it all in. Far from it.
